2009-2010 Study Days
Study Days in 2009-10 will consider The Works of Bishop Grafton: Volume Four - "A Journey Godward of a Servant of Jesus Christ". The primary site for Study Days will be The Cathedral Church of St. Paul, 51 West Division Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with discussion taking place from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Bishop Grafton's writings can be easily accessed on the web at at Project Canterbury. Other congregations or sites are also able to begin their own satellite Study Days of their own. Contact Fr. Brian Beno to inquire as how to go about beginning your own satellite program.
While not a part of the Institute, participants are invited to attend Evening Prayer and the Celebration of the Holy Eucharist with Holy Unction at 5:30 pm in the Cathedral.
Commemoration of Bishop Grafton
The Commemoration of Blessed Charles Chapman Grafton is observed as a local Feast Day in the Diocese of Fond du Lac as established by the Rt. Rev. Russell E. Jacobus, Seventh Bishop of Fond du Lac. The Feast Day is August 30th, although the Commemoration liturgy may be translated to another day. The Commemoration date for 2010 is yet to be determined.
2008-2009 Study Days
The 2008-09 considered The Works of Bishop Grafton: Volume One. Topics for 2008-09 included Part I: “Christian"; Part II: “Catholic"; Part III: “Catholic, Not Roman”.
