United Thank Offering (UTO) is a ministry of the Episcopal Church for the mission of the whole church. Through UTO we nurture the habit of giving thanks to God each day. Prayers of thanksgiving start when we recognize and name our many daily blessings. Those who participate discover thankfulness leads to generosity. Discover more at episcopalchurch.org/uto.

UTO is entrusted to promote thank offerings, receive them, and distribute them to support mission and ministry throughout the Episcopal Church and in Provinces of the Anglican Communion in the developing world.

Ingatherings

Congregations are invited to hold  a Spring Ingathering and a Fall Ingathering for the United Thank Offering.

• The Spring Ingathering is traditionally the Sunday following Ascension Day.
• The Fall Ingathering is traditionally the Sunday closest to All Saints Day.

​Ingathering receipts are sent to the Diocesan Office which records the amount from each congregation and forwards them to the UTO National Office. Please send Ingathering receipts to:
